The Director, Dr. Byeong Gi Lee, opened and chaired the APB meeting on Nov. 9, '98 during GLOBECOM'98. Each attendee of the meetings made a self-introduction (about 68 members attended the meeting, whose list is appended on Appendix-A). A special guest, new ComSoc. President (99/1 -), Dr. J. Roberto B. de Marca was introduced. As the 2nd non-U.S. president, he encouraged strengthening the activity of APB.
